Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions on the cornwall.online website. Please read and print a copy for your records.

  1. Information and Prices
    The prices payable are the prices displayed on the website at the time of making the order. However, if there is an error with the price of goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. We will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling. If we cannot contact you within a reasonable time, the order will be cancelled and you will receive confirmation via email. If you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
  2. Delivery
    Delivery can only be made within the UK. We aim to delivery your order as quickly as possible; however we do not have control over Royal Mail or courier companies. You will receive an email from the courier with the intended date of delivery. If necessary, you will be able to change the day to better suit you. Cornwall.Online will not be liable for  late deliveries due to your location, accidents or local disruptions.  Please ensure that you CHECK your delivery before signing for it. Cornwall.Online will not accept liability for missing or damaged items unless this is brought to the attention of the delivery company. Please do not sign for your goods until you have physically checked them and are satisfied that they are in perfect condition.
  3. Availability
    Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply goods we will inform you as soon as possible. A full refund will be given if you have already paid for the goods.
  4. Faulty or damaged goods
    You must check goods on delivery. In cases of damaged of faulty goods, where possible let the delivery company know at time of delivery. You should then email Cornwall.Online as soon as possible and we will advise you accordingly. In cases where we advise you to return the goods, Cornwall.Online  will reimburse you for the delivery costs at the rate of standard UPS delivery. You have the option of accepting replacement goods, or receiving a full refund, including the initial cost of delivery, if any.
  5. Cancellations
    The Distance Selling Regulations provides you with a statutory right to cancel your order and receive a full refund for any home delivery item. However, this does not apply to any print produced from a photograph provided by you. To cancel, you can email us at admin@cornwall.online or write to us at Customer Services, Cornwall Online, Victoria House, 37 Victoria Road, St Austell, Cornwall, PL25 4QF,  within 14 working days (so not including Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays) commencing the day after the day of delivery of your item(s), quoting your order number. You must take reasonable care of the item(s). In the event that you decide to cancel your order, we ask that you please notify us immediately as each of our prints are hand-made items and once the print has been manufactured on your behalf, we have borne the cost of this. Please note, these are not off-the-shelf products so please ensure you have selected the right colour and size before ordering.
  6. Prints – Appearance and Size
    We print our canvasses using genuine H.P. ink on 100% cotton canvas. Our monitors and printers are colour calibrated using the latest calibration equipment. Please be aware that differences in colour/hue may seen on finished prints. This is not a failure in the manufacturing process or materials, but will likely be due to the screen used to view the Cornwall.Online website. For your own peace of mind, please view using a calibrated screen – note that Apple computers and iPads are usually the most accurate screens, even uncalibrated. So, if possible, check the prints you wish to order on a few screens to compare and ensure you are happy with the tones. Sizes are approximate.
